 Theme for The World Health Day 2024 is 'My health, My right.' According to the World Health Organisation(WHO), this theme aim is to promote the right of everyone, everywhere to have access to our health services, education and information. It also focuses on promoting access to drinking water, clean air, good nutrition, quality of housing, decent working and environmental conditions and freedom from discrimination to all sections of our society.


The five golden rules for a healthy mind and body

1. Nourish Our body

2. Do excercise well

3. Give Prioritise to sleep

4. Regular check-ups
